No Bake High Protein Peanut Butter Bars w/ Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
1/3 cup Legion French Vanilla Protein Powder
1/3 cup Honey
3/4 cup Natural peanut butter (creamy)
1 1/4 cup Oat flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Coconut oil
OPTIONAL: 3/4 cup Mini chcolate chips
OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup Flax seed
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
Spread mixture into a 8" x 8" baking pan
Place in refrigerator for 60 minutes
Cut into bars and serve
