INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 small apple, chopped
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
2 teaspoons honey (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
4-6 ice cubes
1/2 cup of Legion protein powder (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine almond milk, apple, peanut butter, honey (if using), vanilla, cinnamon, and Legion protein powder (if using) in a blender
Add ice cubes
Puree until smooth
