Youth Group

Our Youth Workout Program is designed to help kids develop important movement skills in a fun and engaging way. Each session is tailored to enhance their athletic performance and instill a strong work ethic.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Running and Jumping Mechanics: We’ll teach proper techniques to help improve efficiency and reduce the risk of injury.

  • Speed and Agility: Kids will develop faster footwork, quicker reactions, and overall agility.

  • Coordination and Balance: Exercises that help kids move more confidently and improve their body control in various activities.

  • Work Ethic: We’ll encourage kids to give their best effort in every drill, building a strong work ethic that will serve them well in sports and beyond.
