Our 4-week Volleyball Performance Program is designed to elevate your child's performance on the court. Camps are available for both high school and middle school players. The program focuses on improving agility, vertical jump, speed, and reaction. Whether their goal is to dominate the net, enhance reaction time, or become quickness, our expert coaches will help prepare them for the upcoming season.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Volleyball Performance Program

This program is designed to prepare volleyball players for the upcoming season by enhancing key areas of performance. Through targeted exercises and drills, athletes will work on becoming quicker, more explosive, and more durable on the court. Each session focuses on improving specific skills that contribute to better agility, jump height, strength, and overall conditioning, ensuring players are ready to compete at a higher level. 

Key areas we’ll cover include:

  • Becoming Quicker – Speed and agility drills to improve quickness and reaction time on the court.

  • Explosiveness – Plyometric exercises to develop power and increase vertical jump.

  • Durability – Strength and conditioning workouts that enhance endurance and reduce the risk of injury.

  • Improving Agility – Drills to improve lateral movement and change of direction efficiency.

  • Enhancing Jumping Ability– Focused training to boost vertical leap and approach skills for better performance at the net.

Note: This is NOT a volleyball skills camp. We will NOT be doing any volleyball-specific drills such as spiking, setting, serving, or similar activities.
