Our Intro to Performance Program is designed to help 7th-9th graders develop a solid foundation in key athletic movements. Whether they’re preparing for training at school, with a team, or on their own, this 2-day program will teach them the fundamentals of running, jumping, and changing direction. It’s all about building the skills and knowledge to enhance their athletic abilities and set them up for success in future training.

PROGRAM DETAILS
Intro to Performance
This program is all about coaching and education. As your child reaches the age where they’ll be training at school, with a team, or on their own, it’s essential they have the right foundation in place. Our goal is to teach them the basics of performance movements, so they feel confident and prepared in any training setting. They'll learn how to properly execute key movements that improve athleticism, while minimizing the risk of injury. After each movement is taught, participants will practice while receiving personalized feedback from our trainers to refine their technique.
Key areas we’ll cover include:

Proper Running Form – Learn how to run efficiently to prevent injury and maximize speed.

Jumping Techniques – Develop the power and coordination needed to jump higher and more explosively.
