PROGRAM DETAILS

High School Lifting Group

This program is designed to build strength, improve technique, and boost overall fitness. Each session will focus on safe, effective lifting methods to help participants gain confidence and see real progress in the gym. Our coaches provide personalized feedback to ensure proper form and maximize results.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Strength Training: Build foundational strength with exercises like squats, deadlifts, and presses.

  • Lifting Technique: Learn proper form to lift safely and efficiently.

  • Mobility & Stability: Improve flexibility and joint stability to support overall strength.

  • Core Strength: Strengthen the core for better stability and improved performance in all lifts.
