Intro to Lifting (7th-9th grade)

  • 2-Day Program | 3-4 PM | $50 / group

Register

This 2-day program is designed to teach the fundamentals of weight lifting with a focus on mindset, technique, and confidence. Sessions offer a hands-on educational experience focused on teaching the key principles of safe and effective lifting, so participants are ready to lift at school, with a team, or independently. 

Intro to Performance (7th-9th grade)

  • 2-Day Program | 4-5 PM AM | $50 / group

Register

This 2-day program is designed to teach participants how to properly perform essential performance movements like jumping, running, and changing direction. Sessions offer a hands-on learning experience, focused on teaching the fundamentals of each movement, so participants know how to execute them safely and effectively, whether they’re training at school, with a team, or on their own.

High School Volleyball Performance

  • June 2nd - 25th | Mondays & Wednesdays | 9-10 AM | $120

Get ready to elevate your game with focused training designed to improve your jumping, agility, quickness, and explosiveness—all key skills to dominate on the court this season. While there won’t be any volleyball drills, this performance-focused camp will help you move better, react faster, and play stronger, all while reducing your risk of injury.

High School Speed and Agility

  • June & July Groups Available

  • Thursdays 10-11 AM or Fridays 8-9 AM | $60

Register

Designed to boost acceleration, top speed, and overall athletic performance. Athletes will engage in targeted drills and techniques to enhance quickness, agility, and explosive power, helping them gain a competitive edge.

High School Lifting Group

  • 7-Weeks | Mondays & Wednesdays | 10-11 AM

  • June 2nd - July 23rd | no workouts 6/30-7/4 | $185

Register

Stay strong this summer with guided workouts designed to help you train safely and effectively. This program offers proper instruction, customized programming, and the support you need to build strength and confidence in the gym. Open to both athletes and non-athletes looking to level up their fitness.

High School Recovery Session

  • June & July Groups Available (4-weeks)

  • Wednesdays | 1:15-2 PM | $40

Register

45-minute guided sessions focused on stretching, mobility, foam rolling, and massage gun techniques to help athletes recover faster and perform at their best. Perfect between workouts, practices, or games, these sessions reduce soreness, improve flexibility, and keep athletes ready to compete.

Middle School Athlete Group

  • July 8th - 24th | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 8-9 AM | $90
